Get discounts with Zietars
Zietars subscriptions are optional platform memberships. They give you a discount on eligible marketplace bookings. You do not need a subscription to create an account or book a service. Read the details below, then sign in or register to choose a plan.
Subscription prices
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly. Yearly plans are charged as one annual payment. Prices include VAT where applicable. Current published prices:

Starter is free and does not include a booking discount. The exact price you pay is confirmed before checkout.
Applicable services
Subscription discounts apply to eligible customer bookings made through the Zietars marketplace while your plan is active. That includes car wash, mobile valeting, tyre repair, vehicle maintenance and general cleaning bookings, subject to provider availability in your area.
Discounts do not apply to wallet top-ups, tips, cancellation fees, or services booked outside the Platform. Subscriptions provide platform-level benefits only. They do not guarantee that a provider will accept a booking.
Discount structure
- Starter: full listed price on bookings.
- Basic: 5% off eligible bookings, capped at £10 of discount per calendar month.
- Standard: 10% off eligible bookings, capped at £20 of discount per calendar month.
- Premium: 15% off eligible bookings, capped at £50 of discount per calendar month.
- Business: 15% off eligible bookings, capped at £100 of discount per calendar month.
The discount is applied automatically at checkout when you are signed in with an active paid plan. Unused cap does not roll over.
When benefits begin
Paid-plan benefits begin as soon as payment is confirmed. If you ask for immediate access, the 14-day cooling-off refund may be reduced to reflect the period you have already used, as permitted under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Renewal terms
Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each monthly or yearly period unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will charge the then-current plan price to your saved payment method. Renewal reminders are issued before the renewal date. You can turn auto-renew off from Subscription management in your account at least 24 hours before the period ends.
Cancellation
Cancel at any time from your account: Settings or Subscription management, then Cancel subscription. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep plan benefits until the end of the period you have already paid for, unless you cancel within the cooling-off period.
There is no extra cancellation fee for ending auto-renewal. Refunds outside the cooling-off period are not generally available for unused time, except where UK consumer law requires otherwise.
Cooling-off rights
If you are a consumer, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period from the day the paid subscription starts. If you cancel during that period, we will refund you within 14 days, minus a proportionate amount for any benefits you asked us to start immediately.
