ZIETARS LIMITED
CUSTOMER TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last Updated: 11 February 2026

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer protection laws.

1. Introduction
Zietars Limited (Company Number: 14093701) ("Zietars", "we", "us") operates a digital marketplace platform facilitating bookings between customers and independent service providers. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

2. Role of Zietars (Marketplace Status)
Zietars operates solely as an intermediary marketplace. Service Providers are independent third parties. Zietars does not provide listed services unless expressly stated. The contract for services is formed directly between the Customer and the Service Provider at booking confirmation. Zietars may facilitate communication and dispute resolution but is not a contracting party to the service agreement.

3. Bookings & Contract Formation
A Booking is confirmed when payment is successfully processed via Stripe and confirmation is issued through the Platform. Prices are set by Service Providers. Zietars acts as commercial agent for payment collection purposes only. Payments made to Zietars are deemed received by the Service Provider.

4. Eligibility & Account Use
Users must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. Only one account per user is permitted. Zietars reserves the right to suspend accounts for breach, fraud, or misuse.

5. Subscriptions
Subscriptions provide platform-level benefits only and do not guarantee service availability or provider acceptance. Paid subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled via the account dashboard. Customers have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period. Where immediate access to benefits is requested, proportionate deductions may apply upon cancellation within the cooling-off period. Renewal reminders will be issued.

6. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
Cancellation policies are set by Service Providers and displayed prior to booking confirmation. Charges must reflect actual loss. Cancellation within 24 hours may incur up to a 20% fee where justified. Rescheduling may incur reasonable administrative charges. No-show charges may apply where the provider suffers loss. Zietars may collect such charges on behalf of providers.

7. Wallet & Promotional Credits
Wallet credits are non-transferable, non-withdrawable, and may expire. Zietars reserves the right to reverse credits in cases of fraud, misuse, or refund adjustments.

8. Prohibited Circumvention
Customers must not arrange off-platform payments or bypass the Platform. Breach may result in termination and recovery of losses.

9. Disputes
Disputes must be raised through the Platform. Zietars may facilitate resolution but does not guarantee outcomes. Platform records constitute valid evidence unless proven otherwise.

10. Limitation of Liability
Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or statutory rights. Subject to this, Zietars’ total liability is limited to the greater of subscription fees paid in the preceding 12 months or £100. Zietars is not liable for acts of Service Providers, indirect losses, loss of profits, business interruption, or Platform downtime beyond reasonable control.

11. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

12. Suspension & Termination
Zietars may suspend or terminate accounts where fraud, breach, or security risks are identified.

13. Changes to Terms
Zietars may update these Terms where necessary. Material changes will be notified in advance.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers may bring proceedings in their local UK courts.
