FAQ'S
These FAQs explain common Zietars processes in plain language. They should be read with the applicable Terms and Conditions, Privacy Notice, Cookies Policy and the information shown for the relevant booking, subscription or provider account. If there is any conflict, the applicable contractual terms and mandatory law prevail.
What is Zietars?
Zietars is a UK-registered digital marketplace that connects customers with independent service providers for approved services including car washing, mobile valeting, tyre repairs, vehicle maintenance or diagnostics, and domestic, commercial and industrial cleaning.
Where is Zietars available?
Zietars has a global vision and is launching initially in the United Kingdom. Service availability depends on the providers, services, dates, times and locations displayed on the platform.
How does Zietars work?
Customers can browse available services and providers, choose a provider, date and time, and complete a booking and payment through Zietars. Service providers list their approved services, prices and availability through the Zietars provider environment.
Is Zietars the company providing the service?
Normally, no. Unless a booking expressly states otherwise, the service contract is between the customer and the independent service provider identified before purchase. Zietars provides the marketplace and related booking, payment, support and administration tools.
Can I use Zietars on mobile?
Zietars is designed to be accessible through the web and mobile applications. Use only the official Zietars channels made available to you.
Who can create a Zietars account?
You must be at least 18 and capable of entering a binding contract. Zietars supports individual and business customer accounts, subject to any verification required for the account or activity.
How do I register?
Select Register and provide accurate, complete and current information. Complete any verification steps shown by Zietars, including one-time passcode (OTP) verification where requested.
What should I do if I do not receive my OTP?
Check that the contact information you entered is correct, allow a short period for delivery and use the available resend option. If the issue continues, contact Zietars Support using the existing support channels.
How do I keep my account secure?
Keep your password, one-time passcodes and other credentials confidential. Use the security features offered by Zietars and notify Zietars promptly if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.
Can I share my account?
An account is personal to its owner unless the selected subscription expressly permits sharing or a business account permits authorised users. The account owner remains responsible for authorised users and must remove access when it is no longer required.
How do I update my profile or password?
Use the existing Profile and Security options in your Zietars account to update eligible details or change your password.
What services can I book?
Services displayed on Zietars may include car wash, mobile valeting, tyre repairs, vehicle maintenance or diagnostics, and general cleaning for domestic, commercial and industrial customers. Availability varies by location and provider.
How do I find services near me?
Use your location where enabled or enter your postcode using the existing location search. Zietars will display relevant services and providers available for the selected area.
How do I book a service?
Choose the required service, select an available service provider, provide the vehicle or property information requested, select an available date and time, review the booking details and complete checkout using the options currently available.
Can I choose my service provider?
Yes. Where more than one provider is available, you can review the options shown by Zietars and choose your preferred provider, date and time.
What should I check before confirming a booking?
Review the provider, service description and scope, location, date and time, price or pricing method, taxes or mandatory charges, cancellation information and any other material terms shown before you confirm.
What information must I provide for a booking?
Provide accurate information relevant to the service, such as vehicle or property details, access, parking, location, hazards and special requirements. You must have authority to book the service for the relevant vehicle, premises or property.
What is a mobile service?
A mobile service is carried out at an address or location selected by you rather than at the service provider's premises. You are responsible for providing a lawful and reasonably safe work location and any access, utilities or permissions stated before booking.
How do I know my booking is confirmed?
After successful completion of the booking process, check the booking confirmation and the booking record in your Zietars account. The confirmation should identify the relevant provider and booking details.
Can I reschedule a booking?
Where rescheduling is available for the booking, use the existing booking-management option. The applicable cancellation and rescheduling information should be shown before booking and in the booking confirmation.
How do I track my service?
Open the relevant booking in your account to view the current booking or service status. Where status updates are available, they will be shown through the existing Zietars booking journey.
How are customer payments processed?
Customer payments are processed securely through Stripe as stated in the Zietars company profile. Use only the payment options presented in the live Zietars checkout.
What payment methods can I use?
Payment methods available to you are the methods displayed and enabled in the live Zietars checkout or your account. Depending on what Zietars has enabled, these may include debit/credit card, supported digital-wallet methods and the Zietars Wallet.
What happens if my payment is declined?
A failed payment should not be treated as a successfully paid booking. Follow the payment options presented by Zietars or contact Zietars Support if you need assistance.
What is the Zietars Wallet?
The Zietars Wallet records eligible purchased funds, refunds and promotional credits that can be used for eligible transactions on the Zietars platform.
How do I add money to my Wallet?
Use the existing Add Money option in the Wallet and follow the payment instructions displayed by Zietars.
Can I transfer or sell my Wallet balance for cash?
No. Wallet balances must not be sold, transferred, artificially generated or used to obtain cash, cycle payments, exploit refunds or evade eligibility rules.
What should I do if I believe I have been charged incorrectly?
Check your booking and payment records and contact Zietars Support with the booking and transaction details. Do not contact the service provider directly; Zietars Administration manages customer-provider communication.
What if I need to cancel a booking?
Use the cancellation option available for the relevant booking. The cancellation policy applicable to the booking should be shown before booking and in the booking confirmation.
Will I receive a refund if I cancel?
Refund eligibility depends on the applicable booking terms, timing, evidence, actual loss and your legal rights. Any amount retained from a consumer must be fair and proportionate in accordance with the applicable terms and law.
Is a no-show automatically non-refundable?
No. A no-show is not automatically non-refundable. The outcome depends on the evidence, actual loss, the applicable booking policy and mandatory legal rights.
What happens if the service provider cancels?
Contact or respond through Zietars Administration or Support. Zietars manages communication between customers and providers and will administer the appropriate booking, rebooking, refund or other resolution in accordance with the applicable terms and circumstances.
What if I am not satisfied with the service?
Contact Zietars Support promptly with your booking reference, a clear description of the issue and any relevant evidence. Depending on the circumstances and applicable rights, remedies may include repeat performance, a price reduction, refund or another appropriate remedy.
How quickly will Zietars deal with an issue?
Zietars aims to resolve issues within 48 hours where reasonably practicable. If additional time is needed, Zietars will provide an update. Some matters may take longer where investigation, evidence, payment-provider or legal processes are required.

How do I add a vehicle?
Use the existing vehicle section of your Zietars account and provide the requested vehicle information. The number of vehicles you can register depends on the allowance for your current plan.
Why does Zietars need my vehicle details?
Vehicle details help identify the vehicle associated with the booking and support the correct vehicle-service journey.

What is the Provider Android app used for?
The Provider Android app supports operational booking activities such as viewing received bookings, validating booking QR codes, progressing genuine service status, obtaining service-location directions where available and receiving relevant notifications.
What should I check before accepting a booking?
Review the location, vehicle or premises, service scope, time, equipment and access requirements. Accept only bookings that you can lawfully, safely and competently fulfil.
